Scope of the guarantee<\/h5>\n<p>1MEISTER provides a 12-month warranty on all repaired equipment and spare parts installed, except for work carried out under special conditions (see section 4).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The guarantee applies to:<br \/>\nA repair or replacement part will cease to function under normal use.<\/li>\n<li>The same problem occurs again during the warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Warranty work will be carried out free of charge if the fault is covered by the terms of the warranty.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5>2. The guarantee does not cover<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The guarantee does not apply if:<br \/>\nThe appliance has been damaged or misused (including incorrect installation) after repair.<\/li>\n<li>The problem is caused by a fault in the water, electricity or sewerage system (e.g. low\/high voltage, blocked drain).<\/li>\n<li>The machine has been damaged by water, fire or other external damage (e.g. mechanical damage).<\/li>\n<li>The device has been opened or repaired without our permission.<\/li>\n<li>Work installed by the customer or carried out by third parties causes a new failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If the technician determines that the fault is not related to a previous repair, the normal diagnostic fee will apply.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5>3. The guarantee claim process<\/h5>\n<p>If a problem arises that should be covered by the warranty:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us - call +372 5392 6675 or write to \u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">info@1meister.ee<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Describe the problem - what the device does or does not do, whether an error code is displayed, etc.<\/li>\n<li>We'll do an initial assessment - if the problem is under warranty, we'll arrange another visit.<\/li>\n<li>If the fault is not related to a previous repair, the normal call-out and diagnostic charges apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h5>4. Work carried out under special conditions (work without guarantee)<\/h5>\n<p>There are certain cases where the guarantee does not apply, even if the work has been done by us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temporary fixes - where the customer wants a temporary solution but is aware that it may not be permanent.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing a very old device - if the device is very old and spare parts are limited, the repair may be risky and we cannot provide a guarantee.<\/li>\n<li>Used spare parts installed at the customer's request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>In such cases, we will inform the client before the work is done and give them the opportunity to make a decision.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5>5. Additional conditions<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The warranty only covers the repaired part and the work, not the whole appliance.<\/li>\n<li>Warranty work is free of charge, but if the technician determines that the problem is not related to a previous repair, the standard call-out and diagnostic fee applies.<\/li>\n<li>If the customer is not satisfied with the repair work, he\/she is obliged to report it within 7 days after the work is completed.<\/li>\n<li>1MEISTER shall not be liable for any loss of data, consequential loss or potential economic loss which may arise as a result of equipment failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h5>6. Dispute settlement<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1MEISTER operates in accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act and the Law of Obligations Act.<\/li>\n<li>If a customer has a dispute about a warranty, we will try to resolve it through negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\n<li>The customer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer and Technical Regulatory Authority or to a court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>If you have any questions, call +372 5392 6675 or write to. <a rel=\"noopener\">info@1meister.ee<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1MEISTER GARANTIITINGIMUSED Viimati uuendatud: 22.03.2025 1.
